Refund policy

On regular priced items, we do offer returns or exchanges within 30 days. You can exchange/return your unused products by sending it back to:

Pack your garment in the original bag (we try to keep waste to a minimum, so please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much you can). Please be sure that the parcel is taped securely. Make sure to include a note within your package that includes your order #, and exchange or return details.

Before making an exchange contact us at Saratogagroomingco518@gmail.com with the style and size of the item you’re interested in exchanging so we can check stock.

Once the orders are received back we will send out the new size/style and an e-mail you new tracking information. Please allow 5-7 days for refunds.
